Students interested in one of these programs should consult with the advisor of the program for appropriate advising, course scheduling and application to their intended program.

Students complete the appropriate degree program agreement below prior to the final semester of enrollment at Augustana College. All forms must be completed in order to participate in one of these programs and obtain an Augustana degree. Do not submit form until you have been admitted to destination institution and not more than one year before your program begins.
