Section Change Request Form for department chairs to make changes to course offerings already live on Arches.

Program Change Form reopens May 2nd at 8 am. This form is used for changing advisors.

Add/Course Permission Form form is used for courses requiring instructor permission, closed sections, independent/directed study and departmental approved pre-enrollments.

Drop Form for advisors to approve/deny drop requests and instructors to add last date of attendance.

Course Offering System (department chairs only) system used to build the course offerings for the next academic year, login requried

Departmental Oversight Access Request form - request a member of an academic department to receive security access to departmental rosters and course offering information in Arches
