Homecoming 2021 FAQs

1. How will I receive Homecoming updates?
Check your email inbox regularly for Homecoming updates or visit this page.

2. How do I change my registration?
To make changes to your registration, please contact lindawarne@augustana.edu no later than September 15.

3. Can I receive a refund if I decide not to attend an event?
If your plans change and you are unable to attend one or all of the events for which you registered, please contact lindawarne@augustana.edu no later than September 15.

4. If I have limited mobility, will there be assistance to get around campus?
There will be 4-5 golf carts to assist alumni with transportation around campus.  Feel free to wave one over to you as you see them throughout campus. You can also wait for a golf cart in front of Centennial Hall. 

5. Where can I park on campus?
We recommend finding a spot in the parking lot just east of Centennial Hall. Street parking on 38th Street is also available. 

6. Shuttle bus?
Avoid the hassle of finding parking on campus and take our shuttle bus to and from campus. The bus will stop at the Holiday Inn in Rock Island, The Axis Hotel, Stoney Creek and the Radisson in Moline, Ill. Bus schedules will be emailed to registered guests in September.

7. Do I need to have tickets for my events?
You do not need to pick up a registration packet or have tickets this year. Your registration is completely online.  If you would like a name tag, you can pick one up at the Information Booth located in the Brunner Theatre Center lobby (second level).

8. What if I have questions when I am on campus?
Our staff at the Information Booth in the Brunner Theatre Center lobby (second level) will assist you. Campus maps also will be available.
