All residents residing in campus housing for the academic year are required to submit a housing deposit of $150. This a refundable deposit that the Business Office will retain until July of your concluding year in campus housing.
The $150 deposit was established to provide protection for residents and the college, to cover repair costs should damages or floor fines occur, and ensure proper check-in and check-out by residential students. Students will get a refund on the balance of their deposit in July of their final year in residential housing.
Deposits may be paid online by credit card using Visa, Discover or MasterCard. In order to secure housing, this must be received 72 hours prior to reserving housing via the lottery or matching system.
International students may send a money order to the Business Office with their name and contact information. They also may use a wire transfer via Flywire.
