Hospitalization and intensive therapy services in the Quad Cities

Acute crisis stabilization services (in-patient hospitalization)

The goal of hospitalization is to stabilize you if you are in acute crisis and help you return to your home community as soon as it is safe to do so. If you are feeling suicidal and do not feel you can keep yourself safe, hospitalization might be the best treatment for you in the short term. You can expect person-centered assessments, individual and group counseling services, and psychiatric services for medication. The typical stay is three to four days but can last up to two weeks. Hospitalization is about safety, so you will be monitored 24 hours a day and will not have access to any personal belongings.
