Purpose
Augustana College shall purge old user accounts and personal online network files and only have active accounts and files for current users. This is necessary for security, space, and software licensing reasons.

Policy Scope
The scope of this policy applies to Augustana-owned mobile devices utilized by Augustana College employees to perform business responsibilities including smartphones and tablets.
Policy Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure appropriate access and management of data on mobile devices that are owned by Augustana and used be employees to perform business responsibilities.
ITS System Upgrade Schedule
System upgrades are done:
- The first Tuesday of the month: 4AM - 11AM (7 hrs)
- Remaining Tuesdays - 4AM - 8AM (4 hrs)
Other planned maintenance - with at least a 24hr advance notice.
