Amanda Ehn Johnson letters, 1876-1940
Amanda Wilhelmina Ehn Johnson was born on 14 September 1860, in Stora Åby, Sweden. She immigrated to America in 1877, where she settled in Galesburg, Illinois with her grandparents. She married Peter M. Johnson on 15 October 1880, and together they had two children. Amanda passed away on 26 January 1940. This collection contains correspondence between Amanda and her friends and family back in Stora Åby, Sweden after her immigration to America.

Student art to be shown at the Figge Museum Dec. 7-Feb. 23
Seven Augustana students were chosen to display their art in the 2024 College Invitational at the Figge Art Museum in Davenport, Iowa. Eight area colleges and universities participate in this bi-annual show.

Celebration of Learning 2023
The annual Celebration of Learning shares and showcases original scholarship and creative work by students, faculty and staff throughout the day. This year's celebration on May 10 includes poster presentations, interactive sessions, panel presentations and special events.
