Scholastic Recognition

Graduating seniors who have earned at least 60 credits at Augustana and whose overall and Augustana grade-point averages are at least 3.50 are eligible for graduation honors.

Bachelor of Arts

Graduation requirements for the Bachelor of Arts reflect the desire that Augustana grad­uates have both range and focus in their studies, as well as freedom to make academic choices according to their interests. The degree prepares students for a wide variety of graduate, business and professional opportunities.

Academic opportunities

Special academic opportunities include faculty- student research projects, international study, summer language programs, exchange programs with foreign universities, internships and more.

Students are subject to all degree requirements in place at the time they first enrolled, including all major, minor and general education requirements for the degree.

Coordinated Degree Programs

Augustana cooperates with several institutions in offering coordinated degree programs through which a student may earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana and a second degree from the other college or university within a condensed time period.
