College explores alternatives to cut textbook cost
Augustana College faculty are looking at alternatives to traditional textbooks that could improve learning and save students money.
Student Government Association meet-and-greet
Students are invited to meet Student Government Association presidential and vice-presidential candidates from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
This is an opportunity for the candidates to explain their goals and talk about their own concerns as a student.
Snacks will be served.
Bike club meeting
Students are invited to attend the first meeting of the Augustana Bike Club, regardless of whether or not they have a bike on campus.
Scandinavian Movie Night
Students and faculty are invited to join the Swenson Swedish Immigration Research Center for a Scandinavian movie night featuring "The Guilty".
Ping Pong Club intro session
Ping Pong Club will have its next introductory session/practice for anyone interested. All skill levels are encouraged to try it out. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own paddle if they have one, but paddles will be provided regardless.

Students are invited to attend a civil discourse co-presented by the Learning Commons, CORE, and the Muslim Student Association.
Assertiveness and Negotiation
The Learning Commons and CORE co-present a workshop on assertiveness and negotiation in the workforce. Students are encouraged to attend.
American Red Cross blood drive
Sigma Pi Delta will sponsor a American Red Cross blood drive from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
