CSD Holiday Carnival and open house

The Augustana Center for Speech, Language, and Hearing will host its annual Holiday Carnival and open house for children ages 12 and under.

CPR training

The Quad Cities Heart Safe Coalition will offer hands-only CPR training.

Hands-only CPR is CPR without mouth-to-mouth breaths. It is recommended for use by people who have seen a teen or adult suddenly collapse in an “out-of-hospital” setting; such as at home, at work, or in a park.

This brief service offers thoughts from a campus speaker, music, scripture reading, and quiet.

Native American Heritage Ted Talk

Students are encouraged to attend the Native American Heritage Ted Talk, hosted by Multicultural Programming Board. This year's keynote speaker is Dr. Jane Simonsen.

There will be free Jersey Mike's Subs and a giveaway to one student.

Battle of the Sexes Game Night

Multicultural Men's Association and Sisterhood of Unique Ladies will sponsor a Battle of the Sexes Game Night. Snacks will be provided.

NAMI meeting

Students are invited to the weekly meeting of NAMI from 5-6 p.m. 

The meeting will begin with a reflective journal activity and focus on personal positive affirmations.

The Learning Commons and CORE will offer a workshop, Social Media and Self Promotion, from 11 a.m.-noon.

Dance Marathon

The Augustana community is invited to Dance Marathon from 6-9 p.m. There will be food, games, music, puppies, and more at the event. Registration to attend is $10 and all proceeds go to the Iowa Children's Hospital.
