Success Teams are dedicated, dynamic teams of Augustana professionals for every student. Your Success Team is customized according to your goals and needs, from year to year.
At first your Success Team will look a bit similar to others. Over time, your team will change to reflect your growth, new interests and career path.
For example, in your first year your team may include:
- First-year advisor (and later an academic advisor)
- Peer mentor
- Financial aid counselor
- Career/vocation coach
- Community advisor (peer)
- Well-being coach
Athletes, international students, PACE participants and TRIO students are examples of students who will have additional customized advising and support from the start.
You will be able to see your Success Team all together as a group, and access your individual team members through Starfish, the student-facing interface we use on campus.
When will you find out who is on your Success Team? Even before you arrive on campus! Because your best success begins with a running start, and a strong team all along the way.
