Augustana Choir Celebration Concert

In a celebration of Dr. Jon Hurty's 30 years of choral conducting at Augustana College, this concert will feature three choirs.

The annual Celebration of Learning shares and showcases original scholarship and creative work by students, faculty and staff throughout the day.

VO2 Max testing

Trained students from Augustana's Kinesiology program will conduct VO2 Max (cardiovasculary fitness) tests from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Trained students from Augustana's Kinesiology program will conduct BodPod (body composition) tests from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Augustana Endowment Society meeting

Augustana's Endowment Society encourages all interested persons to gather for the monthly meeting. This month, Dr. Kimberly Murphy, Director, Center for the Advancement of Community Health and Wellness, and Augustana students, will present ”Building a Healthier Community: Augustana in Action.”

The Alabama Solution

A screening of the documentary film "The Alabama Solution" will be followed by panel discussion of formerly incarcerated members of the Quad Cities community.

Retirement celebration

Augustana will celebrate its retiring faculty and staff at a reception beginning at 2:30 p.m. There will be a brief program honoring retirees at 3 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
