French Film Festival: "Amour"
The World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures Department, OSL, SLP & MPB will be hosting their annual French Film Festival. Amour by Michael Haneke will be the first film shown.
Speaker for the Dead – Poetry Workshop with Anders Carlson-Wee
Poet Anders Carlson-Wee will lead a poetry writing workshop focusing on writing using a persona, in the Midwest Writing Center - the basement level of the Rock Island Public Library.
History Department Declaration Day
The History Department will be hosting a Declaration Day from 11:00-12:45 for all interested students. Food, prizes and T-shirts will be provided.
Donuts & Declarations
The Education Department will be holding "Donuts & Declarations" for students interested in becoming education majors. Students can meet the education faculty, ask questions, and get declarations signed. Donuts will be provided.
