Rec facilities rules under Alert Level 3

The use of campus recreational facilities has changed under COVID Alert Level 3, declared Nov. 4, 2020.

Open recreation is being maintained under the following guidelines:

Temperature screening is required upon entry indicating a temperature below 100.4 degrees.

Those entering must display "Good to go" on the Campus Clear app.

A maximum of 25 students/faculty/staff may be present in the facility with the following limitations:

Masks are required inside the facility regardless of the activity.

All must maintain a physical distance of at least six feet at all times.

No varsity, club sport or student groups are allowed to practice at this time. 

There will be no organized game play, i.e. basketball, soccer, etc. 

PepsiCo Rec Center

There is a maximum of six people in the weight room space.

There is a maximum of four people per half court of space while maintaining the physical distancing requirements.

Westerlin Activity Center

There is a maximum of 12 people in the weight room space.

There is a maximum of 12 people in the cardio space.

There is a maximum of six people in the dance space. 

Failure to comply will result in the immediate removal of individual(s) and a report to the dean of students.
