Well-being lab: Taking Control of Your Well-Being

Well-being labs provide students with knowledge and skills from a variety of different disciplines intended to improve overall well-being.

In today's lab, Farrah Roberts will explore the six dimensions of well-being and discuss specific ways to improve in each of the areas in order to become a happier, more fulfilled and successful person.
