Women's bowling: Leatherneck Classic

Augustana's new women's bowling team will participate in its first tournament in the Quad-Cities, the Leatherneck Classic.

Presented by the Quad Cities Sports Commission, the 17th annual tournament runs Nov. 11-12. Women's teams play at Big River Bowl in Davenport, and men are at Highland Park Bowl in Moline.

The Vikings will play at 10:30 a.m. Saturday and 8:30 a.m. Sunday.

The tournament is sanctioned by the United States Bowling Congress.
