Arrival and move-in for domestic students

Move-in for most first-year and transfer students will take place on Friday, Aug. 28 for the fall semester.

Note: Some students move in earlier for international orientation, PACE or athletics. Early arrival students will receive move-in instructions from their coach or program coordinator.

Move-in details

Those scheduled to arrive on Aug. 28 will be emailed an arrival appointment time for that morning a week in advance.

Students should check in at their assigned residence hall, where they will get their room key and student ID.

Those in early-arrival groups will also receive an email with their move-in time and check-in location.

Note that Westerlin has three separate unloading areas for each wing of the building: I-Wing unloads near Erickson, J-Wing unloads in the circle drive near PepsiCo, and W-Wing unloads on 10th Ave.
