The following changes are being made to help limit the spread of COVID-19:
• The start of January term will be delayed by one week. J-term classes will start on Monday, Jan. 11, 2021.
• The start of spring semester will be delayed by one week. Spring semester classes will start on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021.
• Spring break will not be held.
The date for commencement will not change; it remains Sunday, May 23.

Campus briefing Wednesday
Campus leaders will talk about testing, continued rules for limiting the spread of COVID-19, and details associated with the J-term and spring semester calendar changes. Live on YouTube at 12:30 p.m.
The college announced Sunday that we will name the new swimming and diving facility the Anne Greve Lund Natatorium in honor of the alumna who pioneered women’s athletics here.
Scheduled to open next spring, the natatorium will be housed in the Peter J. Lindberg, M.D., Center for Health and Human Performance.
Anne Catherine Greve ‘26 Lund was the first director of women’s athletics at Augustana from 1924-1934.

• Augustana's Roseman Center for Speech, Language, and Hearing offers free hearing screenings to students, faculty and staff. Contact Dori Garro, 309-794-7358, to schedule an appointment. Other services at our audiology clinic include custom ear plugs for noise prevention and hearing aids.
