Campus update: Travel plans?

Nov. 17, 2022

COVID or the flu?

With cold and flu season here, you may be looking for vaccinations. Flu and COVID-19 vaccine locations easily can be found at vaccines.gov

If you are experiencing symptoms of flu and/or COVID-19, visit the campus health clinic. Most services at the on-campus clinic are free, and you can walk in or make an appointment online.

If you have a confirmed case of COVID, the CDC recommends a 5-day isolation period, and wearing a mask for days 6-10. Employees should report positive COVID cases to their supervisors and Human Resources. Students should report COVID cases to Public Safety.

Study abroad on your list?

There is still time to sign up for a once-in-a-lifetime study abroad trip for the 2022-23 cycle. Trips and classes remain open for a January or spring class with travel in June, plus summer language courses in Ecuador and France. → Learn more

Also, the Office of International and Off-Campus Programs will host walk-in advising hours tomorrow with program provider API. API offers semesters, summers and internships in the  Czech Republic, Argentina, Croatia and Chile for all majors.

All students who are interested in a semester abroad or study abroad are encouraged to attend. Sign up if you plan to attend. Hours will be from 1:30-3:30 p.m. tomorrow in the CORE commons in Olin.
