In 2019, Dr. Pat Shea begins a new part-time role as facilitator for strengths-based engagement. In this position, she will provide professional development for academic departments and staff and administrative leaders interested in learning how to invest in and maximize their own strengths and the strengths of colleagues.  

Dr. Shea has done similar work with the Faculty Leadership Academy, the Bartholomew Advanced Leadership Institute, Center for Faculty Enrichment, and the Office of Student Life and Leadership.  She is also professor emeritus of education.
