Augustana’s Chamber Singers is a select small ensemble that performs primarily a cappella chamber works. Primary performances include the college’s traditional programs in December, a spring performance of madrigals and vocal jazz, and campus and community events throughout the year.

Augustana Choir tours Germany, Czech Republic 

Members of the Augustana Choir shared their love of music in Europe, performing six concerts during a post-graduation tour of Germany and the Czech Republic.

Making music in new Bergendoff spaces

Phase I of the three-phase Bergendoff Hall of Fine Arts re-creation is complete. Julie Hamann ’82 Elliott was a lead supporter of the project. On May 12, she performed a piano and voice recital for family and friends in Hamann Concert Hall.

Augustana College invites the campus and community to Chill on the Hill, featuring local bands the White Tornado and Subatlantic.

Quad City Symphony Orchestra: 'Ode to Joy'

The Quad City Symphony Orchestra will feature Jonathan Bailey Holland’s "Ode" and Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, featuring a full chorus led by Dr. Jon Hurty, Augustana professor of music.
