Summer Research Fellowships — start planning!

Augustana College awards Summer Student Research Fellowships to students of all disciplines. 

This funding supports student research and creative activities under the guidance of a faculty member during the summer, typically for a 5-10 week project.

Students may apply for $300 per week for 5-10 weeks for a total of $1,500-$3,000 stipend, plus up to $500 in expenses.

Project submissions and letters of support must be submitted to the Student Research Committee by Feb. 18, 2022.

This funding is intended to support independent student projects under the supervision of an Augustana faculty member, and is designed to encourage students to engage in research early in their academic career.
