Join us for Plogging Day on Sunday, April 21! Let's lace up our sneakers, don our gloves and make a difference together.

Hosted by Track & Field and Cross Country, Plogging Day is your chance to get active while giving back to our community. What's Plogging, you ask? It's simple yet impactful - a combination of jogging (or walking) and picking up litter along the way. Not only will you be getting in a workout, but you'll also be cleaning up our neighborhood and protecting the environment.

We'll provide the bags and gloves - all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a friend or two!

The event will last from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Meet at the Paul V. Olsen Track inside Lindberg Stadium for your route.
