Inauguration of President Andrea Talentino

Andrea Kathryn Talentino will be inaugurated as the ninth president of Augustana College in a ceremony beginning at 12:30 p.m. on the Quad.

Seating will be limited. Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets. The inauguration will be livestreamed.

The college will celebrate the inauguration all weekend, in person. Most events will take place on campus. There will be activities for people of all ages, including families with children. 

The tentative plans include:

• A faculty art show and faculty music recital
• Special theatre performance
• Academic programming in the area of political science
• Panel discussion with Augustana students
• Street party before the Homecoming football game
• Special worship service in Ascension Chapel
