Augie NAMI de-stress

Augie NAMI will meet for some fun and stress-relieving activities and free time. Stop by or stay and hang out, bring some friends, talk or don't talk as it suits you.

NAMI stands for National Alliance on Mental Health Illness. The purpose of Augie NAMI is to raise awareness on mental illness on campus, promote activities to help alleviate common stress symptoms, and to give the members of the Augustana community a friendly and understanding place when they need support.

Augie NAMI is a student-led campus club that helps to address the mental health needs of students and raise mental awareness within Augustana College community by providing peer support, education, and advocacy.

Anyone can join to learn more about mental health or to talk to peers and feel comfortable while doing so.
