Holly Stovall

Part-time Assistant Professor First Year Inquiry Program

Holly A. Stovall's short stories and personal essays appear in Midwest Review, Writers Resist, Litbreak Magazine, and Belle Point Press's Mid/South Anthology. She's been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. A former associate professor of Women's Studies, she holds a Ph.D. in Spanish literature, an M.A. in Women's History, and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Northwestern University. She lives in Macomb, Illinois with her spouse, teenage son and Standard Poodle.
