I met my sweetheart, Linda, for the first time on a double date at Glenn Moore's Bistro in Moline. She was my roommate's date for the evening. I decided that evening that I would marry her one day. We tied the knot on June 17, 1962 at Ascension Chapel on the Augie campus. The rest is an unforgettable, romantic journey down life's path.
