Public Leadership Education Network opportunities

The Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN) is a national organization focused on preparing college women and marginalized gender groups for leadership in the public policy arena.

Augustana College, with the assistance from alumni and special designated funds, has assisted 23 students in attending one of six annual seminars in Washington, D.C., or virtually.

Topics include law and legal advocacy, women of color influencing Washington, public policy, STEM policy and global policy.

Students interested in PLEN should schedule an appointment with Jessica Estes. Funding for PLEN is available.
