American Model United Nations info meeting

American Model United Nations is an annual simulation in Chicago to educate students about the structure and function of the United Nations.

The 2021 conference will be held Nov. 20-23. Students who would like to learn more are invited to an informational meeting today.

American Model United Nations gives students the chance to engage in intensive area and to employ their knowledge in a focused environment. A few of the topics under discussion include cybersecurity, women’s economic empowerment, preventing and combating human trafficking, rights of indigenous peoples, nuclear disarmament, promotion and protections of the rights of children, illicit trade in small arms, international migration and development.
