Can I save my documents on campus computers?

Do not save to the C: drive of a lab computer. Anything that is saved on the C: drive will be deleted when the computer is restarted. Save to your H: drive, jump drive, or CD. It is best to backup your files and save in two places.

What do I do if a lab computer is not working?

Go the helpdesk (Olin room 102) and report the not working computer. If you are in a lab that is not in the Olin building you can email the helpdesk at or call them at x7293.
