DESCRIPTION:Augustana College will celebrate the inauguration of its ninth president\, Andrea Talentino\, on Oct. 14-15.\n\nAs part of the inauguration celebration\, academic sessions on a variety of topics will be presented.\n\nIn this session\, directors of three current and upcoming programs will discuss how they are shaping programs:&nbsp\; a&nbsp\; new disability minor\, a new minor in integrative medicine and the humanities\; and a new program for film and new media.\n\nPresenters will be Dr. Cathy Webb\, assistant professor of communication sciences and disorders\, on the disability program\;&nbsp\;Dr. Heidi Storl\, professor of philosophy\, on the integrative medicine and the humanities program\; and&nbsp\;Stacy Barton\, associate professor and director of film and new media\, on the film program.\n\nAll academic sessions will be offered in Wallenberg Hall\, Denkmann Memorial Building\; see a complete description of&nbsp\;topics and presenters.\n
