DESCRIPTION:The Quad City Symphony Orchestra's Nordic Dreams will present works by&nbsp\;Dietrich Buxtehude\, Kaija Saariaho\, Arvo Pärt\, Jean Sibelius\, Esa-Pekka Salonen and Edvard Grieg.&nbsp\;\n\nConcertmaster Naha Greenholtz\, principal cellist Hannah Holman\, and pianist Juliana Han will be featured.\n\nAn hour before the performance\, Kai Swanson will host an informational pre-concert conversation about the works on the program.&nbsp\;\n\nAugustana students and staff may receive a complimentary ticket by showing a college ID&nbsp\;in person at the event or at the symphony box office.\n\nThis concert is sponsored by the Augustana College Scandinavian Studies program&nbsp\;through a grant from the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation.\n
