The adult alternative pop/rock band\, inspired by soul music and contemporary singer/songwriters\, hails from Baltimore\, though Emokpae is a native of\nLagos\, Nigeria.\n\nSince 2009\, Nelly's Echo has performed at more than 500 colleges across the United States in addition to performances in the Mid-Atlantic region at traditional clubs and casinos.\n
