DESCRIPTION:Today is the 18th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 9/11. Ascension Chapel will be open all day for reflection and prayer. The 9&nbsp\;p.m. chapel service will include prayer for all those affected by the events of Sept.&nbsp\;11\, 2001.&nbsp\;\n\nA joint declaration of Congress approved in December 2001 designates Sept.&nbsp\;11 as Patriot Day and calls upon the people of the United States to observe a moment of silence in honor of the individuals who lost their lives as a result of the terrorist attacks against the United States.\n
