DESCRIPTION:Dr. Josh Dyer\, assistant professor of physics will present his lecture\,&nbsp\;"The Reformation and Its Impact on Science and Technology". His is the last talk in the annual Frieze Lectures series. This year's lecture series will examine the Reformation\, as it is the 500th anniversary of the Reformation.\n\nFor 19 years\, Augustana faculty have partnered with the library in presenting the Frieze Lectures series. The series takes its name form the ornamental frieze that tops Rock Island's library building\, engraved with names of writers thought to be canonical when it opened in 1903.\n
