DESCRIPTION:Dr. Tim Muir\, Augustana College associate professor of biology\, will conduct a Riverine Walk entitled "I'm freezing out here!"\n\nHe will take participants for a walk along the Augustana College slough and a talk about how native turtles\, frogs\, and insects survive during&nbsp\;winter. Learn how Dr. Muir and his students catch\, identify and measures turtles\, and find out the near-miraculous mechanisms they use to survive a cold winter.\n\nThe event will also take place on June 7 from 6:30-8pm. It is hosted by River Action.\n
