DESCRIPTION:The United States Navy Concert Band will perform a variety of music\, including marches\, patriotic selections\, orchestral transcriptions and a modern wind ensemble repertoire.\n\nThe concert is free\, but to avoid overfilling the auditorium\, tickets are required\, with a limit of six per request. Those wishing to get tickets may stop by the Augustana Ticket Office\, 3703 7th Ave.\, Rock Island\, during normal business hours\,&nbsp\;10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays.\n\nOr\, send a request along with a self-addressed\, stamped envelope to Augustana College Ticket Office\, 639 38th St.\, Rock Island\, Illinois\, 61201. Tickets will be mailed back.\n\nAs the original ensemble of the Navy Band\, the Concert Band has been performing public concerts and participating in high-profile events for over 85 years.\n
