This plan is administered by Butler Benefits Service. Costs for the 2013-14 academic year is as follows:
Full-time Employees - Wellness
- Single Coverage: $90 per month
- Employee +1: $465 per month
- Family: $640 per month
Full-time Employees - Non-Wellness
- Single Coverage: $190 per month
- Employee +1: $665 per month
- Family: $840 per month
This per month cost is for full-time employees who are paid on a 12 month basis. Those employees who are paid on a 10-month basis will have slightly higher per month costs with the annual contribution remaining the same regardless of pay schedule.
Full-time employees are those employee regularly scheduled to work 40-hours per week on either a 9, 10, 11 or 12 month basis. Faculty members who teach 21 credit hours or more per year are considered full-time. New employees are eligible on the first of the month following their hire date.
