Virtual appointments available at many offices

Virtual appointments now are available at many campus offices. When possible, students and families should use this service instead of going into offices.


Advising drop-in office hours are from 2-4 p.m. each weekday via Zoom.

Students will be sent to a "waiting room" until an academic or career advisor is available to meet with them. 

Business Office 

In-person appointments are available. To set up an in-person or virtual appointment, email or call 309-794-7390 or 309-794-7454.

Students can ask questions and learn about their accounts, billing dates, online bill pay, tuition and fees, refunds, insurance and other topics.


CORE Commons will be staffed from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays either by a person or via Google Hangouts live stream. 

All appointments will be virtual. Student appointments can be scheduled with each department through Handshake,

Students who come in person for scheduled appointments or drop-in office hours will be directed to use a virtual appointment room in Olin 108 (room 1) and Olin 110 (room 2).

Financial Aid

• Make a virtual appointment by emailing or calling 309-794-7207

• If you have documents for the office, place them in a sealed envelope with your name and student ID number on it, and drop it in the mail slot on the door of Seminary Hall room 101.

Services are available from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. For assistance you can:

International Student and Scholar Services

Resuming in fall semester 2021, stop by the daily virtual office hour from 9:30-10 a.m. or make an appointment with Xong Sony Yang or Juanita Treviño Perez.
