Enrollment and graduation candidacy verification

Enrollment verification and graduation candidacy verification processing will typically be completed within 5 business days. Please note that longer processing times may occur around breaks and peak times, such as the months leading up to graduation.

Enrollment verification

Current students who need to verify enrollment may request this in two ways:

1. Students who do not have a specific form required for verification, should visit Arches through their secure login, click on the link called Enrollment Verification Request under the student menu and complete the request.

2. Students who have a specific form that must be completed should bring the form in-person to the Office of the Registrar in Founders Hall for processing during business hours. Please be prepared to show your current student ID.

Newly enrolling, first-time students may request verification once they have completed registration for their first term as noted in #1 above.

Degree candidacy verification

Currently enrolled seniors who have applied to graduate for an eligible term may request a letter confirming their candidacy. This letter will contain your term of intended graduation, all current majors/minors and the date the degree will be awarded once all outstanding requirements are complete. The letter will be produced on college letterhead with the college seal and the original signature of the College Registrar. Letters may be picked-up in person, mailed to an address, emailed PDF (no seal and no signature available on PDF.) Students must make arrangements to fax and/or scan their own copies to the recipient if that service is needed. The college cannot confirm a degree until all requirements are complete and final grades have posted.

File uploads

Augustana does not participate in uploading files or forms to any third parties such as the Common Application or graduate school sites. Students are responsible for uploading their own documents to these sites. Students with specific enrollment verification forms needed for graduate schools, insurance or scholarships will need to bring those forms to the Office of the Registrar in Founders Hall for processing as noted under #2 above.
