Rental properties for seniors next year

Augustana College has the following housing options available for rent to students who will be a senior or graduate student during the 2022-2023 school year. 

Eight one--bedroom apartments 
10 two-bedroom apartments or houses
10 three-bedroom houses
Three four-bedroom houses
One six-bedroom house
One eight-bedroom house

Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, 24-hour on-call maintenance, and lawn care. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed and closet/or wardrobe. Appliances included.  

Parking is an additional fee. Not all houses have an on-site laundry or air conditioning.
