Facilities Services is responsible for the structural, mechanical, grounds and electrical maintenance of campus, as well as recycling, vehicle rentals, parking and general building services. Offices are on the ground floor of Sorensen Hall.

Hours during fall semester

Facilities Department and main office: 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. weekdays

Student parking permit or ticket inquiries: 9 a.m.-2 p.m. weekdays

Mailroom and Receiving: 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays

To report an emergency

Emergency situations are those that are life-threatening or likely to cause severe damage to a college building or facility. Examples include gas odor, power outages, lack of heat, flooding or water leakage.

From 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays, call 309-794-7278.

All non-emergency work requests should be submitted via the work orders form.
