Seniors whose use of Augie Choice may have been impacted by the pandemic can still find and participate in qualifying experiences. These include:
Augie Choice special projects
Applications for these Augie Choice special projects are due Jan. 15:
Contact Pedro Bidegaray, director of International and Off-Campus Programs, to discuss online classes offered through a foreign university and other options for alternative study away experiences.
Contact Bobbie Tidball, assistant director for internships.
Local community service
If you have an idea for making a contribution here or your local community CORE can help transform it into an internship. Augie Choice could be used to pay you for the work you perform, provide funding for a tangible contribution you wish to give to the community, or both.

Research and creative scholarship
Use Augie Choice to cover costs associated with attendance and participation at conferences in your academic or professional field.
Consult with your academic advisor or with Dr. Mariano Magalhães to discuss project ideas for your Senior Inquiry. To be Augie Choice eligible, your work must exceed the minimum requirements. If your SI can be enhanced with the purchase of materials, Augie Choice might be used to cover those costs.
