2009 Season - Augustana women’s track and field team ranked 11th nationally in the final USTFCCCA poll
NEW ORLEANS, Ill. – Behind Midwest Region Track Athlete of the Year Ted McMillan and the guidance of National Coach of the Year Paul Olsen, the 2008 Augustana men’s track & field team finished the season ranked first in the nation by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Fred Whiteside’s Augustana women’s team also had an outstanding season, finishing 11th in the final USTFCCCA rankings.
