Dean Johnson provides guidance, support and administrative leadership to a facilitate access to academic and co-curricular resources to enhance opportunities for student success.   Her office works in conjunction with the Office of Student Activities' Multicultural Programming Board to provide social opportunities chosen by the students. As Director of Diversity, she also provides leadership to the student cultural and social groups, such as the Black Student Union, Latinos Unidos, the Asian Student Organization, Majestic Gents, Ladies of Vital Essence, Hearts and the Order of the Phoenix in the coordination of their co- and extra-curricular programs.
