Augustana Biology graduates can go anywhere in life with the skills they have acquired here in our courses.  The major in biology prepares students to either enter the work force immediately, or to go on to a graduate program.  Graduate programs attended by our majors include medical, dental, pharmacy, and veterinary schools, training programs to become nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, physician's assistants, optometrists, chiropractors, and top master's degree and Ph.D. programs in biological sciences.  The list below shows only a few of the many career choices made by our graduates in recent years.
