Servant Leader Internships give Augustana students hands-on experience in church-related and community settings. Students use these paid internships to broaden their understanding of possible career choices, to test their interest in professional ministry, or to lay the foundation for a lifelong habit of volunteer ministry combined with professional and family life.

Student Directed Programs Each year students are invited to join the CVR team. These students have the opportunity to explore their skills, gifts, talents and passions through creating and implementing programs related to vocational reflection. Spiritual Explorations The CVR seeks to accompany students on their spiritual journey. For some that occurs in our Spiritual Companiong Groups. Working with Faith, Seminary Trips, and resources on graduate schools and funding opportunities help students considering ministry further their discernment. In addition, the CVR helps students connect with local ministry opportunities.

One-on-one Conversations Sometimes the greatest recognition of who you are called to be comes from conversation. Students are encouraged to meet one-on-one with one of the Center staff to discuss their vocation.
