Personal Visit

If this is your first visit to Augustana...

...we highly recommend that you attend one of our Visit Days, which are offered throughout the year. If you can't make it to a Visit Day, you may schedule a Personal Visit, which we will shape to include activities such as a campus tour and introduction to the admissions process.

If you have already visited Augustana at least once...

... a Personal Visit is the ideal way for you to tailor your visit to your interests so you can explore the details that will help you as you narrow your college search. 

The opportunities available to you during a Personal Visit may include:

• talking with professors in your area(s) of interest
• sitting in on a class
• eating lunch in the dining hall
• attending an athletic practice or fine arts rehearsal

We also encourage you to schedule an Admissions Interview along with your Personal Visit if it is after March 1 of your junior year of high school.

Overnight Stays

If you're a high school senior who has already applied to Augustana consider adding an overnight stay to your visit. It's a great opportunity to experience life in a residence hall. If you want to schedule an overnight stay with your visit, please call the Office of Admissions directly at (800) 798-8100. 

To schedule your Personal Visit without an overnight stay, you may either call or schedule your visit online. Please schedule at least one week in advance.

What if I can't visit on a weekday?

In addition to our Visit Days and our weekday Personal Visits, we offer Saturday Visits during most Saturdays while school is in session. These visits feature a 10 a.m. campus tour followed by an admissions information session.
