Special Collections Hours
Due to lack of appropriate staffing, Special Collections is operating on a limited appointment model until such time as appropriate staffing levels can be restored (hopefully August 2014). Appointments can only be accommodated between the hours of 1:00 and 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday. Members of the Augustana campus community should email firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed information on their research need, why the information/resources are needed, the time frame for the request, and several possible appointment times.
No classes will be taught in Special Collections during this time, and we ask that faculty be wary of assigning projects which require our materials given the very limited nature of our services at this time.
Those who are not members of the Augustana campus community may email email@example.com with their detailed research request, but inquiries--including requests for reproductions--may not be answered until staffing levels are restored. Once staffing levels are restored, requests will be answered in the order in which they were received.
Members of the news media should contact the Office of Communication & Marketing with any requests.
