Goebel delivers third part of Frieze lecture series

Dr. Catherine Goebel, Augustana's Paul A. Anderson Chair in the Arts, presented the third of the 2012 Frieze Lectures at the Rock Island Library on Nov. 6. The theme for the 15th annual lecture series — in the bicentennial year of Dickens' the birth — is "What the Dickens?" Dr. Goebel discussed art and artists that influenced Dickens' writing.
